Manager / Senior Manager
You are required to provide leadership in the key areas of budget planning and finance, procurement, human resources management and organisational excellence.
This is a key management position that is a pivotal to ensuring administrative excellence in the School. Reporting directly to the Deputy Director, the jobholder will work closely with Chair and key appointment holders on various administrative matters.
The Job:
* Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the administrative systems and processes for the School
* Provide operational leadership in the key areas of budget planning and finance, procurement, human resources management and organisational excellence
* Organise research progress meeting and steering committee meeting for key research programmes
* Review and propose improvement changes to administrative policies, systems and processes
Requirements:
* Recognised degree with a minimum of at least 5-7 years of experience in senior managerial or administrative position and a proven record excellence performance
* Strong interpersonal skills, resourceful and able to work under pressure
* Excellent written, communication and organisational skills
* Highly adaptable and self-motivated with lots of initiative to take on new challenges
* Positive working attitude and a good team player
