GIS Specialists
(Jakarta Raya, Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:

Geographic Analyst
- Collect locally based research materials, order source/reference material and conduct evaluation of source materials
- Create planning maps for current and future database projects
- Perform field data collection using prescribed technology, methodology and specifications
- Process Database Update Requests
- Perform Points of Interest data collection
- Geocode attributes using prescribed software utilizing company specifications
- Perform established procedures for in-line quality assurance
- Implement current update methodologies
- Conduct release processes to support prescribed requirements
- Conduct systematic route testing of completed database(s)

Database Engineer
- Supervises technical development of the database, i.e. specifications, implementation, technical studies and new techniques
- Maintains proficiency in all facets of the processes utilized in the maintenance, enhancement and creation of databases; including proficiency in Database Specifications, Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Maintains the process for registering and releasing a database (including reports, visual checks, batch processes, etc.)
- Manages and executes database analysis projects
- Performs database audit on “In-Field” build projects
- Trains team on new/updated release coordination and validation of the database

Requirements:
Geographic Analyst
- Bachelor degree in sciences, geography, planning, business, geology, earth science, environmental studies, or related field
- One-year experience with GIS
- Willingness to travel
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Database Engineer
- Bachelor degree in Geography, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Cartography
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience including one year project management experience
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in project planning, tracking and review of progress and resource allocation and usage
- Open to travel within the region
- Possess a valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
