Retail Manager (RM)

Responsibilities:
Analyzing sales and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits
Responsible for the day today retail management
Review current and prior performance and identify performance above and below target for retail department.
Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry
Organizing special promotions, displays and events
Requirements:
Age maximum 35 years old
Hold Bachelor Degree in any major
Having min 5 years as Retail Manager
Great passion in retail industry & strong in store operation
Able to work under pressure, independently & team work
Having a good leadership, interpersonal & communication skill
