Job Role/peraturan kerja:
-Providing support for the formulation and implementation of company programs, policies, guidelines and practices in organization development to increase organization efficiency.
-Planing, organizing and implementing programs in a variety of generalist HR activities, including training & development, performance management, career planning, and other HR functions in order to increase employee productivity.
-Conducting need assessments and related due diligence work to develop Human Resources System
Qualification /kualifikasi kerja
·Min. Bachelors (S1) degree from reputable universities
·From any disciplines with min. 1 year experience of working in human resources area
·Min. GPA: 2.75 (scale : 4.00);
·Good written and spoken in English;
·Personal skills skil kerja:
Ø Strategic thinking and High achievement
Ø Good team work and continuous learning improvement
Ø Self Starter
